After being a client for a year, I ordered a package to be sent to my summer address. Canada Post deemed my address as invalid and it was returned to Herb Approach. These are their words: “We are looking to re-ship this package back out to you, but we will require you to send a $35 re-shipping fee ($20 return to sender + $15 re-shipping fee). Please send this amount to:firstname.lastname@example.org. You can reference your order number and re-shipping fee on the message field. For your information, we are unable to process any cash reimbursements/store credit reimbursements if you do not wish to proceed with this re-shipping process. Please let us know how you would like to proceed”. THEY CHOOSE A HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE KNOWING THE CLIENT WILL HAVE TO PAY, AND PAY, AND PAY AGAIN. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED BUT SHARING MY EXPERIENCE AND LOSING $200 GIVES ME THE PLEASURE TO LET THEIR FUTURE CLIENTS KNOW THEY ARE NOT THAT GOOD. PLEASE DEAL WITH THEM KNOWING THEY WILL SCREW YOU EVENTUALLY.
